Editorial Responsibilities
The editors are responsible for handling all submitted manuscripts with strict confidentiality and ensuring that evaluations are conducted impartially and without bias. Editorial assessments must be carried out in a fair, objective, and timely manner.
Decisions regarding the acceptance or rejection of manuscripts rest solely with the editors. In exercising this responsibility, editors must safeguard the academic integrity and reputation of the journal by refraining from knowingly accepting work that is of poor scholarly quality or that fails to meet ethical standards and journal policies.
The selection and appointment of members of the Editorial Board fall under the authority of the Editor-in-Chief.
