Complaints

Authors, reviewers, readers, or any other stakeholders who wish to raise a concern regarding the journal or its editorial processes should contact the Publisher in the first instance. All complaints will be handled promptly and in accordance with established procedures.

Where appropriate, the matter will be addressed by the responsible editorial or publishing representative. If the issue cannot be satisfactorily resolved at that level, it will be escalated to a senior authority for further review and final determination.
