All authors are accountable for confirming that:

• The submitted manuscript is entirely original and does not replicate any previously published work, including the authors' own prior publications.
• The manuscript has been submitted solely to this journal and is not under review, accepted, or published elsewhere in any form.
• The manuscript does not contain material that is offensive, defamatory, libellous, obscene, fraudulent, or unlawful.

Failure to comply with any of these responsibilities will be treated as a breach of ethical standards. In cases where authors are found to have violated these warranties, the publisher reserves the right to recover any costs incurred in handling the manuscript, at the discretion of the Journal Editors and the publisher.
