Article PEER Review Process

Publication in the American Journal of Business Science Philosophy is contingent upon a confidential and independent peer review process. Anonymous evaluation of all submitted manuscripts is a fundamental requirement, reflecting the journal’s commitment to maintaining rigorous scholarly and ethical standards.

Each submission undergoes an initial editorial assessment to determine its relevance to the journal’s scope and its overall suitability for further consideration. Manuscripts that do not align with the journal’s thematic focus or fail to meet baseline academic or ethical criteria may be declined at this stage without external review. Those that pass the preliminary screening are forwarded to qualified external specialists for critical evaluation.

Reviewers are selected on the basis of their subject-matter expertise and research experience. The editorial office identifies and invites appropriate experts to conduct the review. While authors may recommend potential reviewers, the final decision regarding reviewer selection remains exclusively with the editorial team to ensure independence and avoid conflicts of interest.

The publisher adheres to the ethical standards and best practices established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and provides clear guidance to reviewers in accordance with COPE’s Ethical Guidelines for Peer Reviewers. The framework below ensures that the review process is conducted with integrity, fairness, confidentiality, and transparency.
